HIGH JUDICIAL COUNCIL RECOGNIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF THE JUDGES’ ASSOCIATION OF SERBIA INITIATIVE TO ENHANCE JUDICIAL FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

The Judges’ Association of Serbia welcomes the fact that the High Judicial Council has recognized the importance of the issue of judges’ freedom of expression and has accepted the initiative to open an institutional dialogue on the proposed amendments and supplements to the Code of Judicial Ethics.
